This allows me to quickly familiarize myself with a new environment, allowing me to contribute more quickly.
I use various project management methods and techniques (Prince2, PMP, Agile) that are appropriate for the projects to support my clients in achieving their objectives. Through an analytical and structured approach, I know how to quickly get to the core of a problem/issue, find a solution for it and make it manageable.
In addition, I combine my ability to keep an overview of the many facets of a project with substantive knowledge of ICT. This makes me a good sparring partner for both technicians and management.
